Ensure a Safe Working Environment

Comprehensive hazard identification and risk assessment at the work site, using the best available methods and technologies for hazard prevention and risk control. Implement Emergency Response System

To prevent possible emergencies from natural disasters or accidental injuries, we have established emergency treatment prevention classifications, emergency treatment level classifications, and emergency rescue contingency plans. Regular emergency response drills and trainings are conducted to strengthen the operation of the factory response organization so that disaster losses and casualties can be minimized.
  • Design multiple response scripts, actual simulation drills and training, including: fire drills, earthquake evacuation drills, chemical leak drills, fire extinguisher operation training, chemical decontamination training, SCBA wearing training, AED+CPR first aid training...etc., and establish personnel accident protection handling and response capabilities
  • Prepare various emergency response supplies, including: emergency response cabinets, chemical decontamination agents, first aid kits, automated external defibrillators, radios, etc. to complete emergency response facilities and equipment

Rigorous Accident Investigation and Handling

When employees are injured in factory accidents or traffic accidents commuting to and from work, establish an effective accident investigation procedure to investigate and analyze the direct causes, indirect causes and basic causes of the accident. Focus on formulating improvement plans and corrective measures, and implement continuous tracking to avoid similar accidents from happening again.
  • Develop in-factory accident reporting investigation and management measures and clearly standardize the accident reporting procedure
  • Adhering to the principle of encouragement and no punishment, personnel should report immediately if an accident occurs
  • Regarding the reporting and handling procedure for personal injuries caused by accidents, accident investigations are also initiated simultaneously to understand the detailed causes and processes of the accidents, proactive discussions would be conducted with supervisors to develop corrective and preventive measures
  • Organize environment health and safety improvement activities, encourage personnel to make suggestions and participate together to stimulate creativity
