Labor Rights and Ethics Policy

In accordance with labor laws and regulations and the Code of Conduct of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), the Company has established the "Labor Rights and Ethics Policy" as the Company's highest guiding principle, which is made public and is evaluated and adjusted in quarterly Labor-Management Meetings. Through ethics, we promote the protection of human rights and labor rights, and establish a comprehensive mechanism with the "Employee Handbook" and "Code of Conduct" in order to fulfill our corporate social responsibility.

Human Rights Policies

Human Rights and Labor Relations

To protect human rights and uphold the idea of equal opportunities for all. As of December 31, 2022, TXC has never engaged in use of child labor, sex discrimination, forced labor, prevention or impediment of employees' freedom of association, and has not received any complaints regarding human rights. To protect the employment rights of all employees, TXC has signed a standard form of employment agreement with its employees to protect their rights and interests.
