TXC received the “Sustainability Excellence Award” from BSI Taiwan at the 2025 BSI International Standardization Management Conference on November 25. Deputy Manager Kevin Chen accepted the award on behalf of the company, recognizing TXC’s dedicated efforts and achievements in sustainability. TXC has strengthened its sustainability governance by adopting international frameworks such as TCFD and SASB, and this year obtained ISO 20400 certification to promote responsible procurement and enhance ESG performance. In energy and carbon management, the company has completed ISO 14064-1 and ISO 14067 assessments, established an ISO 50001 energy management system, and signed a long-term green power purchase agreement to begin green power transfer, advancing its transition toward low-carbon operations. By integrating international standards and investing in key sustainability initiatives, TXC continues to drive long-term value creation. The BSI Sustainability Excellence Award marks an important milestone in its sustainability journey.
TXC continues to invest its resources and advantages to create sustainable value by constructing a sound organizational structure so that it can identify and control various risks in a timely manner, actively respond to various impacts, and then adopt the cyclic management of the international management methodology P-D-C-A Mechanism, continuously optimize the management mechanism to ensure the company's continued operation and achieve excellent operational performance growth.

Four major sustainability themes were discussed at the annual meeting, (1) sustainable governance – from ESG issues under climate change, innovating corporate value chains, (2) sustainable finance – from strengthening information disclosure, in response to the sustainable development blueprint of the competent authorities , (3) Sustainable supply chain – from Apple’s sustainability commitment, advance deployment of sustainable supply chain, (4) Sustainable brand – from dialogue on sustainable activities, see the improvement of brand reputation. At the end of the annual meeting, there was a panel discussion, which ended successfully after the Q&A with the panelists.
