No Discrimination
We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination in matters related to employment, compensation, training opportunities, work assignments, wages, benefits, discipline, promotion, rewards, termination, or retirement, based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, union membership, family responsibilities, or political affiliation. Everyone is entitled to equal treatment and opportunities. -

No Use of Child Labor
Our policy clearly stipulates that no child labor under the age of fifteen shall be employed, and appropriate mechanisms are established to verify and manage compliance. The employment of young workers in hazardous, unsafe, or unhealthy environments is strictly prohibited, and proper training and protective measures are provided to ensure their safety and well-being. -

Prohibition of Forced Labor
We prohibit all forms of forced labor. All employment relationships are established based on employees’ free will and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Employees are also free to make career choices in compliance with legal procedures.

Safe and Friendly Workplace
We have established policies for the prevention of workplace harassment and abuse, strictly prohibiting all forms of such behavior. A zero-tolerance policy toward workplace bullying is enforced, and any form of corporal punishment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate treatment is not permitted. Employees are treated with respect, dignity, and inclusiveness. -

New hire orientation, annual human rights policy training, and periodic awareness campaigns are provided to continuously strengthen employee awareness. The completion rate for both human rights and anti-corruption policy and procedure training has reached 100%, ensuring that all employees fully understand and comply with relevant standards.

Working Hours and Wage System
We comply with labor laws to ensure that employees’ working hours, wages, and leave are in accordance with regulations. Reasonable compensation is provided, salaries are paid transparently and on time, and systems for overtime, leave, and benefits are implemented to protect employee rights. -

Communication and Grievance Mechanism
We respect employees’ freedom of association and collective bargaining rights. Monthly employee forums, quarterly labor-management meetings, and forums for foreign staff are held to promote constructive communication and cooperation between labor and management. Multiple communication channels are provided, including suggestion boxes, email, telephone, and online platforms, with an annual employee opinion survey conducted to encourage continuous feedback and ideas. Clear grievance and support channels are available to ensure employees’ equality, respect, and safety. Appropriate preventive, corrective, and disciplinary measures are implemented to protect the rights and privacy of all parties involved. -

Employee Care and Support
We prioritize the physical and mental well-being of our employees. We provide a staff cafeteria with highly nutritious meals, using organic vegetables, domestic pork, olive oil, and non-processed foods. We also offer comprehensive mental and physical health care, including EAP (Employee Assistance Program) psychological counseling, health checks, flu vaccination, on-site doctor consultations, an AED first-aid station, a stress-relief massage corner, health management and promotion seminars, discounts for consultations at designated hospitals, blood pressure monitoring stations, and body composition analyzers.In terms of supporting employee family care, in addition to parental leave and family care leave, we also offer childcare subsidies to help ease the financial burden of raising children.
