Human Rights Policy
This Policy applies to all employees and all operating locations of the Company. Suppliers, contractors, and business partners are expected to adhere to the same standards.

Diversity, Non-Discrimination, and Harassment-Free Workplace
The Company is committed to a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, violence, and bullying. We promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across recruitment, hiring, training, performance evaluation, promotion, compensation, and all other terms and conditions of employment. Discriminatory medical or physical examinations are strictly prohibited unless required by law or necessary for legitimate workplace safety reasons. -

Freely Chosen Employment
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward forced labor, bonded labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery, and human trafficking. All employment is voluntary. We do not retain personal identification documents, withhold wages, or impose unreasonable restrictions on freedom of movement. Employees may terminate employment in accordance with applicable laws and are not required to pay recruitment or related fees. -

Child Labor Prevention
The Company strictly prohibits child labor and implements age verification procedures in compliance with applicable laws. If child labor is identified, immediate corrective and remedial actions will be taken. Young workers under the age of 18 are not assigned to hazardous or harmful work.

Working hours, overtime, wages, and benefits comply with applicable local laws and/or recognized international standards. Overtime is voluntary and compensated in accordance with legal requirements. Wage deductions as a disciplinary measure are strictly prohibited, and clear wage statements are provided. -

Freedom of Association and Communication
The Company respects employees’ lawful rights to freedom of association, collective representation, peaceful assembly, and expression. Open communication channels and regular labor-management dialogue are maintained to promote harmonious labor relations.

The Company protects the privacy and personal data of employees, customers, and suppliers in accordance with applicable data protection laws and implements information security controls to ensure lawful and secure use of personal data. -

Responsible Minerals Management
The Company requires suppliers to avoid the use of minerals associated with armed conflict or human rights abuses and works with the supply chain to mitigate and reduce responsible minerals risks. -

Supply Chain Responsibility
The Company requires suppliers and contractors to comply with this Policy through audits, document reviews, and/or on-site assessments to build a sustainable and responsible supply chain.

Grievance and Whistleblowing Mechanism
The Company maintains confidential and accessible grievance and whistleblowing mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders to report illegal conduct, human rights violations, or breaches of this Policy. All reports are handled confidentially, and retaliation of any kind is strictly prohibited. -
