Employee Care
Arrange orientation training for new employees to assist employees in dealing with difficult issues such as work, life and health.
Two-way Communication Discussion
We hold employee symposiums from time to time, inviting employees from different departments, seniority, and positions to attend the meetings to communicate with each other and give feedback; we also hold symposiums for foreign personnel to listen to the voices of employees.
Establishment of Labor Harmony
Organize labor-management meetings, occupational safety and health committees, and employee welfare committees to coordinate labor-management relations, promote harmonious labor-management relations, and maintain communication bridges.
Complaint Communication Channels
A grievance hotline is set up to maintain a smooth grievance channel, which can provide suggestions for improvement of working methods and various measures, unequal treatment, discovery of illegal activities, sexual harassment, or other rights and interests protection if there are doubts about life and work.
Employee Opinion Survey
At least once a year, all employees will be issued a survey, issues will be collected and answered by relevant units and an announcement will be made to the public. At the same time, a physical employee suggestion box will be set up to collect employee opinions and related suggestions, and improve the advantages and disadvantages to enhance the labor rights and interests of all colleagues.

Competitive Compensation
- Remuneration:Depending on the Company's overall operation, pay adjustment is made according to individual's performance
- Bonuses:We conduct two performance evaluations each year and reward our employees for their outstanding performance with multiple incentive programs
- Employee Compensation:A certain percentage of the profit surplus is set aside as the basis for employee profit sharing
- Employee Stock Ownership Trust:We assist employees in long-term financial investment and retirement planning, and provide a fixed amount of incentive money for employees to hold company stock for a long time
- The overall salary of grassroots staff is >1.3~1.5 times higher than the local legal minimum salary
Retirement Assurance System
Stable Pension System to Provide Firm Retirement
- Retirement system per the Labor Standards Act: The Company appropriates labor pension reserve funds of the total monthly salaries of employees and deposits such amount in the Company's “designated labor pension reserve funds account” opened at the Bank of Taiwan
- The Company on a monthly basis contributes labor pension funds in terms of six percent (6%) of the employee's monthly salary to individual labor pension accounts at the Bureau of Labor Insurance for employees; employees may also voluntarily contribute their pension deposits to individual labor pension accounts
- The Employee Pension Fund Management Committee: We have set up an Employee Retirement Fund Management Committee to contribute 8% of the monthly salary as employee pension to protect the retirement planning of the appointed managers
- We expect that our employees will be cared and supported by TXC after retirement. The OB was established in 2013. We organize regular activities at least twice a year to promote emotional exchanges and information sharing, so that retired employees can continue to stay in the community
